Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information talktomia.live ("we") collects, why, and your choices. We keep it short and honest.
What we collect
- Booking details: name, email address, phone number, chosen date/time, timezone, and any note you optionally add. We need these to schedule and deliver your call and to send booking confirmations.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us the payment status, amount, and your email. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
- Usage and advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how visitors use the Site and whether our advertising works. This involves cookies (such as _fbp) and sending event data (e.g., page views, bookings) to Meta Platforms, including hashed contact details for completed purchases. Meta processes this data per its own privacy policy.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and operations.
What we do NOT do
- Calls are not recorded.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- The content of your conversations is not shared with anyone.
Legal bases (EU/EEA visitors)
We process booking and payment data to perform our contract with you; advertising measurement data based on consent and/or legitimate interest depending on your region; and we may process data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting records).
Retention
Booking records and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then deleted. You can request deletion of your contact details at any time (see below); we may retain what the law requires us to keep.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (website and email), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms. We may disclose information if legally required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Cookies
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality and Meta advertising cookies for measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
